This is the Castle Creations Mamba X Waterproof Electronic Speed Control
and the 1406-3800Kv Brushless Sensored Motor.

FEATURES

Ideal for 1/10 scale low speed crawling or trail running vehicles
weighing up to 9lbs (4.1kg) on 2S LiPo power, as well as rock
racing and extended hill climbing on vehicles up to 5lbs (2.3kg)
May also be used in 2WD buggies, stadium trucks and 4WD touring cars

V2.02 firmware enhanced for rock crawling and sensored operation
8A 5.25-8.0V adjustable BEC (Battery Eliminator Circuitry)
2S to 6S input voltage range
Reverse may be disabled for racing
Smartsense uses motor's sensors for smooth starts, excellent torque
and low-speed drivability - then transitions to the sensorless
mode with electronic timing, Smartsense automatically advances
timing for peak performance during all driving conditions
On-the-fly adjustments can be made through the AUX wire once
enabled
Recordable real-time data such as RPM, battery current and voltage,
